What is the average shipping time?
Most products are 3-5 days and some are 2-3 days. I am always working on improving shipping and hope to offer free shipping one day in the future!
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Because each product is custom-made as it is ordered, I am not able to offer returns. However, I allow cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. Additionally, if an order arrives damaged, I will exchange it for you!
